LEAGUE INFORMATION
Jr. Killer Bee Hockey League Information
This page provides details on how to register to play for the Jr. Killer Bee Hockey League. Prior to your first practice, you will need to do the following:
- Complete a Jr. Killer Bee Registration Form for the Current Season
- Registration (.doc file)
- Complete a USA Hockey Consent to Treat Form
- Complete a USA Hockey Code of Conduct Form
- Make a copy of the player's Birth Certificate to provide to Jr. Killer Bee Hockey League (if the player has not played on the Bees team in the past)
- Go to USA Hockey Registration page and follow ALL THE instructions on that page AND turn in the USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION PAGE.
- Registration Cost $595, Make Check Payable to Killer Bee Foundation.
Shortly after you have registered with USA Hockey your name will appear on the USA Hockey Registered Players List (the list will be updated as confirmation is received) - Note that USA Hockey memberships are good for 1 year and must be renewed every Fall.
